If I have a rot-prone grape variety, are there any non-chemical practices I can use to reduce bunch rot?

Yes, leaf removal around the clusters has been shown to increase air movement in the canopy, lower humidity, and reduce the risk of bunch rot. You should also consider removing large basal lateral shoots. Keep insect and bird damage under control. By reducing or eliminating mechanical fruit damage, you can help eliminate openings that microorganisms can use to infect fruit.
