I believe that the rangeland cake I began feeding my pregnant cows is mixed wrong. Where can I have it tested?

Consider going back to the location where you had the feed made and tell them you are concerned that what you asked them make may not be right. Ask to see the batch sheet used to make the feed that you purchased. Tell them what you think is not right about the feed.

A commercial feed testing facility should be able to test a TMR (total mixed ration). Contact your local Cooperative Extension office to determine a commercial lab close to you. They can tell about moisture, protein, energy, and minerals. If you are concerned about the amount of a feed additive, a commercial lab will not be able to test for this.
