Development of a nutrient managment plan is an integral part of the NPDES permit process, and it is now a requirment for the "no-discharge" certification ooption. Individuals working with and providing information to CAFO operators need to understand the Final Rule's permitting options and understand how the NMP terms will become a part of the permit. This 1-day training will provide an opportunity to gain the knowledge necessary to work with CAFO operators as they make decisions about meeting the new requirements.
