Part of the National Egg Quality School. For the first time, the school will offer an optional HACCP course with approved curriculum from the International HACCP Alliance. Several of the lectures given during the National Egg Quality School will be part of this training. The remainder of the HACCP training will be held Thursday afternoon and all day Friday (May 21 - 22, 2009).
