The OrganicA Project is studying the opportunities and challenges of organic apple production. What has been learned in two certified organic apple orchards at the University of Vermont will be discussed and shared along with the insights and knowledge of other organic apple growers. The workshop (which includes presentations and an orchard tour) is co-sponsored by the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Vermont (NOFA-VT).
