Description:
This is a 10 session course that assists new, beginning as well as established farmers with answering the main question "What can I do to make money with my land?". The course walks the participants through the values and goal setting, walking the land for potential resources, identifying opportunitites on the land, understanding rural legal issues and the writing of a marketing and business plan. Course includes 8 classroom sessions with 3 farm tours. Course begins Nov 17th and runs through March with a varied schedule. For more information contact Jim Jarman, jarmanj@missouri.edu
