SUNY Cobleskill will be offering our Meat and Food Safety Certificate program this January 2010 for a one month period. Classes will be Monday – Friday for four weeks and will teach the processing of livestock from hoof to packaging. http://www.cobleskill.edu/conferences/meatpro.asp
