The 20th Anniversary South Carolina Midlands Master Gardeners Association Gardening Symposium will include topics about pass-along plants, critters (good, bad and missing) and fragrance. Along with these topics, we will touch on cost effective measures for our gardens and how using some of the methods our ancestors used could benefit us today. Speakers for the day’s events include Bryce Lane and Jenks Farmer. The plant vendors will provide plants that we haven’t seen in public or private gardens for a while as well as some we have in many of these gardens. Artisans will bring products to make our garden environments special and bring back or start new memories. The silent auction will also have great stuff that can be yours for the right bid. Tickets are on sale for $50.00 for SCMMGA members and $60.00 for non-members. You can access the ticket information on the web site.
