This workshop is taught by some of the most respected experts in the field of biodiesel production technology, including: Jon Van Gerpen, professor of biological and agricultural engineering at the University of Idaho, who has been doing biodiesel research for 18 years; Rudy Pruszko, a chemical engineer with the Center for Industrial Research and Service at Iowa State University Extension; Gerhard Knothe, an Analytical Chemist with the USDA Agricultural Research Service; and L. Davis Clements, founder and president of Renewable Products Development Laboratories in Portland, Oregon.
