May 8 – 1:00 pm – "Cooking with Herbs" will be presented by Clemson Extension Service at the Riverbanks Botanical Garden. Fresh herbs provide abundant flavor in many dishes from appetizers to desserts; you will learn tips in this workshop on using herbs from the garden, and enjoy some sweet and savory samples to inspire your cooking.
