Description:
This one day hands-on training includes a vehicle inspection, a review of the sections of a termiticide label, a discussion of safety and signal words, learning to distinguish between termites and ants, see termite damage, calculate chemical usage, and explore ten common construction elements that allow for termite entry. This class is a great termite intro for new techs, sales staff, and front office personnel. Class will be taught by UF/IFAS, DACS, and leaders in the pest management industry who understand that increased professionalism and skill level leads to increased profits and reduced customer conflict. Class will be held at the UF/IFAS Orkin Termite Training Facility. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Class is limited to 20 participants. http://pmu.ifas.ufl.edu/Calendar.shtml
