This year the SEEC will focus on equine welfare issues and impacts relative to the “unwanted” horse crisis in the U.S. including: Current information addressing important issues for all horse owners and enthusiasts; How to avoid the unwanted horse problem; The ins and outs of rescuing horses. Who Should Attend? The SEEC is designed for horse owners, horse professionals, 4-H leaders, youth, and anyone wanting to learn more about horses. There are Two Ways to Attend Conference: On-Site Attend in person on UT-Knoxville Campus (Plant Biotechnology Building 160) OR On-Line Interactive Webcast. The presenters will be broadcast in real time and you will be able to interact directly using a chat window. Following the conference a recorded version will be available.
