The 2010 Southern Regional 4-H Horse Championships will be held July 29-August 2, 2010 in Clemson, South Carolina. The Southern Regional 4-H Horse Championship is for 4-Hers who have qualified through their respective state's Horse Project. Please contact your State 4-H Horse Specialist/Coordinator for information regarding qualification criteria. The week long event is comprised of educational competitions including hippology, horse bowl, public speaking and horse judging. 4-Hers from different southern states can also compete with their horses in disciplines such as dressage, roping, hunter, western, gaited, saddleseat and speed events.
