Description:
The Carolina Children's Garden (CCG) is located at the Clemson Sandhill Research and Education Center (http://www.clemson.edu/public/rec/sandhill/) in northeast Columbia, SC (across from Village at Sandhill). With approximately two acres of land, twelve themed gardens, an amphitheatre, a sandbox, playhouses, picnic tables, and several benches, the CCG offers hours of exploration and creative play to children (and adults!) of all ages. The garden is open daily from 8:30 AM until dusk; there are no admission fees. WHAT: Fall themed story time, craft, and nature walk WHEN: Wednesday, September 22, 10-11 am COST: $2 per child NOTES: Recommended for ages 3-8. Space is limited.
