Organic gardening experts from around the country will present five educational sessions to inspire herb gardening. Chef Ben Lubchansky will demonstrate some innovative ideas on how to prepare organic produce in his presentation entitled 'Fun with Organic Food.' Later in a talk called 'Organic Vegetables and Penned Poultry,' he'll share some of his experiences integrating produce and livestock." News release with details
