Description:
This online course offering in winter 2011 will cover various aspects of vine physiology and cover the importance of understanding vine physiology for making informed management decisions in the vineyard. The class will be offered to industry/public online (live 8:00-9:30 AM, Tuesdays and Thursdays) January – March 2011; lectures will be recorded and archived for participants. Course content will cover vine growth and development such as the physiology as related to vine dormancy, vegetative growth cycles, reproductive growth, flowering and fruit set, berry development, vine water relations, and more!
