Event Purpose: 1. To develop the public speaking and demonstration skills of 4-H members 2. To give 4-H members a venue to share their public speaking and demonstration skills. 3. To qualify young people for national 4-H public speaking and demonstration events (through placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd at this state event.)
