Hosted by the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture, in partnership with the University of Minnesota.The Veterinarians’ Day (January 21) is a scientific program open to equine practitioners. Continuing Education credit has been submitted for approval by the Kentucky Board of Veterinary Examiners. Veterinarians seeking Continuing Education credit should sign the CE book at the time of the seminar. The Horse Owners’ Day (January 22) is tailored more toward a general audience, such as farm managers and owners of all horse breeds or anyone interested in the most up-to-date information on horse production. Pre-veterinary students are welcome to attend the Veterinarians’ Day. It is recommended for undergraduate or graduate students who are not pre-veterinary majors to register for the Horse Owners’ Day.
