about providing evidence-based care to older adults with mental illnesses though collaborative models of care in
which behavioral health providers partner with primary health care clinics and aging services programs.

audience for this conference includes mental health specialists, primary care professionals, aging service
providers, program administrators and policy makers in these fields.
On Friday the 4th, there is a one day research agenda-setting forum that focuses on developing a strategy
for conducting comparative evaluations among collaborative models embedded in primary health care and
aging service programs. The audience for this conference includes program administrators and researchers.
