What does it take to be an effective leader? What is involved in leadership, management, and supervision? Who is a teacher-leader? How do leaders and administrators contribute to quality environments and programs for infants, toddlers, and young children? Enroll in this online course for an exploration of effective relationship-based leadership strategies, intentional management techniques, quality standards, ethical frameworks, and continuous quality improvement paradigms as they relate to early childhood programs that serve infants and toddlers. This distance education course is open to all infant-toddler teachers and directors, both inside and outside Indiana.
