June 21, 2011 at 7:00 PM EDT

Description:
Sponsored by: Brushy Mountain Bee Farm

This is a must see for those who wish to breed queens. For the past several years there has been a growing interest in small scale, locally produced queens. One of the best ways to achieve this is through the establishment coops or collaborative breeding programs. This two hour webinar will have three parts. First, Dr. David Tarpy will give us an overview of some of the most important factors to successful queen breeding. Second, Plymouth County Beekeepers will discuss how they designed and implemented a club run breeding program. The last portion, will be a panel discussion focused on queen breeding and how you can start your own program.

The webinar is free; however, space is limited and advanced registration is required. Reserve your Webinar seat now at: https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/602672506
