How long does it take for poison hemlock to go through a horse's digestive tract?

It usually takes forages and other feeds 36 to 48 hours to move through the digestive tract.  Animals that survive for 8 hours after the onset of clinical signs after ingesting poison hemlock are more likely to recover, unless they have complications from seizures.  Unfortunately, it is rare that animals who have ingested poison hemlock survive.
