Description:

The first web seminar in the 2012 Bioenergy Fridays series will present an irrigation case study to highlight ethanol engines. Spark ignition engines running 98% ethanol are increasingly used to run irrigation pumps in rural Nebraska. The industrial ag products center at UNL has tested these engines and will give an update on their performance and application. Question and answer period to follow.
