Healthy Portions for Preschoolers Webinar

Please join eXtension's Families, Food and Fitness CoP Monday, November 26, from 2 - 3 PM ET as Dr. Jennifer Fisher presents the webinar, "Healthy Portions for Preschoolers."

Through engaging articles, videos, pictures, diagrams, and the fun, educational game, "Tummy Talk", parents and caregivers can learn the important role they play in developing healthy eating patterns in their preschoolers. During the webinar, Dr. Fisher will share the research behind the development of these online tools as well as guidance for how the tools can be incorporated into nutrition education programming and the home. Dr. Fisher is the associate professor of public health and research at the Center for Obesity Research and Education at Temple University.
