Disease: Leptospirosis

(Weil's disease)

Agent: Bacteria

Vectors: Rodents, rabbits, fox, skunk, raccoon, opposum, deer

Route: Fecal-oral; ingestion; wound/eye/nose/mouth

Symptoms: Fever, jaundice, pain in stomach, joints, or muscles, nausea. Can be fatal.
