Connecting the Land-grant Extension system
Re-presenting the Diversity Center's finest features
Welcome to the National Diversity Center on eXtension! This is an initiative to provide a virtual community committed to developing educational institutions and agencies that are inclusive in make-up and practice.
The National Diversity Center on eXtension is managed by three leading institutions:
Purdue University – Serve as host institution and oversee overall Center operations/management.
University of Wisconsin – Team building training for operating/editorial teams and facilitation expertise in strategic planning.
New Mexico State University – Design, develop, and implement marketing strategies; consumer development; and provide leadership to design, develop, and implement evaluation.
The partner institutions and Section Editors have been working very hard behind the scenes to transition the National Virtual Diversity Center over to eXtension. We are now a major partner housed within eXtension’s Community of Practice Diversity Across Higher Education. We want to thank everyone for your understanding and patience during this transition period. We hope that each individual as well as the entire Land grant system will benefit from our new site.
Vision Statement
The National Diversity Center on eXtension will be the preeminent virtual community in its field that fosters intellectual thinking, discourse, and engagement through cutting edge information, and educational resources.
Mission Statement
The National Diversity Center on eXtension will operate as a virtual community committed to developing educational institutions and agencies that are inclusive in make-up and practice by sharing innovative ideas, valuable resources, and practical solutions while building synergistic collaboratives.
