Foothold trap

refers to a variety of traps that restrain animals by holding the foot. They may be used as live or lethal traps. Examples of foothold trap include the coilspring trap and the Lil' Grizz Get'rzĀ® cylindrical trap, designed to selectively capture raccoons. See chapter five for details.
