Paid Bill Receipts is way too broad. That can be a plastic label on a hanging divider. However, there should be a separate folder for each of your recurring and/or monthly bills: i.e. Utilities (gas, electric, water); phone, cell; phone, home; car payments; receipts, personal; receipts, business; drugs/medications; department stores; etc.
