  • Preparing healthy meals
  • Making sure your snacks are healthy
  • Making sure that mealtime behaviors promote health and wellness for your family
  • And keeping physically active as a family

These are all based on MyPyramid. Use MyPyramid as your guide for healthy living. Using the website (http://www.mypyramid.gov), determine how many servings of each food group each member of your family needs. There are useful tips, recommendations, sample menus, and ideas for good nutrition.
