Biography
Jill received an M.S. in Ruminant Nutrition from South Dakota State University. Her work experience includes:
- Research technologist (swine and beef research at the University of Nebraska Haskell Agricultural Laboratory)
- Instructor, "Farm and Environmental Safety" at Northeast Community College
- Extension Educator/Unit Leader in Wayne and Dixon counties.
- Extension Educator/Project Manager for various livestock environmental projects
Most of her work has focused on agricultural environmental issues. Jill has served as project manager for several programs including: Partners for Livestock Environmental Management Systems [1], the Nebraska Comprehensive Nutrient Management Planning [2] project, Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Center [3], and NRI Air Quality Extension and Education curriculum development project.
