The February 15, 2008 LPE Learning Center Webcast is on "Ethanol Co-Products and Their Impacts on Manure Nutrient Management". The program will begin at 2:30 pm (eastern). The virtual meeting room will be opened 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

The February, 15 2008 webcast from the Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Center will discuss "Ethanol Co-Products and Their Impacts on Manure Nutrient Management". The speakers are John Lawrence, Iowa State University; Joel DeRouchey, Kansas State University; and Galen Erickson, University of Nebraska. The presentation will focus on the nutrient profile of distillers grains and their inclusion in ruminant and monogastric diets. The impact of these feeds on the farm's nutrient management plan will also be discussed. More...
