Selecting a Module Cover

When a module is completed, it should be covered with a high quality tarp. There are many factors that should be considered when selecting a module cover; these include fabric type, coating type & thickness, ultra-violet inhibitor content, seam construction and cost. Take time to compare the differences; evaluate each combination in relation to your needs. Careful consideration of the variety of materials and features available is important for satisfactory seed cotton protection in the field or on the gin yard. Take time to compare and evaluate cover features in relation to your specific needs before purchasing module covers. In some situations, the cheapest module cover may be the most expensive if it fails to protect your cotton from heavy rains, strong winds, harsh sunlight and other environmental elements.
