Time for a Well-Baby Check
Keep a record of your baby’s immunizations. Use a health journal, a notebook, or form that you are given. You will be asked about your child’s immunizations many times, including when he goes to school. Make it easy on yourself by keeping this information in a handy place. Immunizations protect your child’s health. Immunizations are available through your doctor, health care provider, or public health office. The CDC provides an immunization schedule.
