Wildlife damage management is a diverse and exciting area and our site reflects that diversity. Wildlife damage management requires one to be able to identify the damage, select appropriate mitigation techniques, and suggest ways to prevent future damage. Additionally, the wildlife damage controller must also consider human needs and concerns in addition to issues related to animal welfare and the environment.

The Wildlife Damage Management Community mission is to assist individuals with the complex decision process involving balancing human and wildlife concerns. Our members include nationally recognized wildlife biologists, nuisance wildlife control operators, educators and people interested in the field of human-wildlife relations. Our goal is to help people live in harmony with wildlife and minimize the conflicts that occur in human-wildlife relations.
