  1. My horse suddenly stopped sweating. We had a hard work on Saturday and Sunday—no sweat. It has been very hot and humid. My veterinarian recommended One AC, electrolytes, and stall rest with fans. Where I live it has been unusually hot and humid, with a heat index of 110. He is only 3 and just started in rigorous training. Is this pattern of overheating on Saturday (he was very sweaty when we were riding), then not sweating on Sunday typical, and will he start sweating again? Updated: January 12, 2010
