Horse manure (no horses located at either property) is being delivered daily in winter and spring from a horse farm and spread over 15 acre area to adjacent property to grow his fruit trees, etc. This has gone on for several years. Neighboring houses use wells for water. Water from the horse manure field drains down into creek that leads into main river.
